The final payment is due upon completion of the job, once you are satisfied with the results. We believe in earning our profit through delivering exceptional service and meeting your expectations. Our goal is to complete jobs as efficiently as possible while maintaining high-quality standards, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

For projects exceeding $30,000, we may request a mid-project draw to cover additional expenses and keep the project moving forward seamlessly.

It's important to note that our crews do not start multiple jobs simultaneously. This approach allows us to focus entirely on your project until completion, eliminating concerns about us leaving mid-project for extended periods. Our priority is to deliver timely and satisfactory results, ensuring that your log or timber structure receives the attention and care it deserves.
